![]() ![]() You’ll have two sashimi options at Gorilla Sushi. It’s considered a delicacy since the fish is the most expensive part of a sushi roll. If you’re not familiar, sashimi is basically thinly sliced fish without rice. Although you’re limited to 1 order a person, I recommend that you take advantage of the sashimi dishes. ![]() Gorilla Sushi is one of the few AYCE sushi restaurants in Las Vegas that serves sashimi. Gorilla Sushi has a wide assortment of both hot and cold appetizers. The restaurant implemented this policy to prevent people from taking advantage of the AYCE special to just get fish. If you don’t, you will be charged for the fish a la carte. There’s an additional charge for leftoversĪlso, you must eat both the rice and the fish.No sharing with guests who are not AYCE.If you do get the all-you-can-eat menu (which I recommend that you do), there are a few rules that you need to follow. If you don’t go with AYCE, expect to pay between $4 and $12 per dish. ![]() The items not allowed are mostly premium sushi items. However, sashimi and oysters are not included in the children’s AYCE menu. If you have kids between the ages of 3 and 7, they can get 50%. There are also some items on the AYCE menu that are limited to 1 order per person (I’ll cover what those items are later in this post). There are a handful of items that are available on the dinner menu but not the lunch menu (but not too many). The AYCE sushi here is extremely affordable. To me, this was done so we couldn't leave a bad review showing the experience.Gorilla Sushi Las Vegas allows you to order individual items off of the menu, but they’re better known for their all-you-can-eat (AYCE) sushi menu. It would have been nice to have been told 5 mins later rather than 30 mins waiting, and to be compensated for their error.įinal thing, after we paid €25 for Tarta and 2 glasses of wine, they cancelled our reservation through the El Tenedor App. It was dissapointing becasue this restaurant had been our favourite for a long time, and having to wait 30 mins to be told there was no Soy Sauce is unacceptable in a restaurant that is rather expensive. The time was 11.20pm and nowhere else was open to get some dinner. We cancelled the remaining dishes and left, but paid for the Tartar and our wine. Eating sushi without soy sauce? Sorry, but no! We waited 30 mins before our first dish arrived (Tuna Tartar) only to be told there was no Gluten Free Soy Sauce to accompany any of the dishes. One reason we have been regular visitors is becasue of their ability to cater for celiacs and the quality of food, so as normal we asked for the dishes to be Gluten Free and for Gluten Free Soy Sauce. We finally sat down, and quickly placed our order. So we waited at the bar for our table, with noone able to offer us a drink. It was busy throughout, with noone attending the bar. However, we went there last night and it all seemed off as. We've been regular customers of this restaurant for a long time, heading there once a month or so for some lovely sushi, which comes reasonably priced through the discount offered via El Tenedor. There is no doubt that Americans deliver great accommodation in their hotels and the Westin is right up there at the top. Sadly, it was sadly a one-night stop on a road trip, which was a great regret. The concern he was shown was exceptional. We had a disabled member in our group, who was cosseted and cared for by all members of staff with whom he came into contact. There is no doubt, this hotel is the luxurious, and doesn’t fail to impress. The furnishing is sumptuous, the public areas expansive, the bar is redolent of history and tradition - which you can still get in private clubs in the City of London - and the stained glass dome through which light cascades into the dining area is reminiscent of the Tiffany dome in the Cultural Centre in Chicago. architecture, huge public spaces, acres of marble, sweeping staircases, plus tasteful, expensive statues and ornaments take up the story inside. The magnificent entrance sets the tone even before you step inside, with stunning gold and black doors, two enormous lanterns adorning each side and a beautiful glittering chandelier that speaks of grandeur and wealth.Ĭlassical.
